History

SparkleSF’s 2005 inaugural event was timed with opening of St. Regis Hotel (donated venue) and included a Tasting & Auction with a special performance by Paula West. Over 300 guests attended.

In 2006, SparkleSF expanded to include a Winemakers Dinner at Jardiniere hosted by Veuve Clicquot, a Host kickoff event at the St. Regis and “events within the event” at our Tasting and Auction including a “Diamond Tasting” from Iron Horse. The live auction expanded with “Let’s Make a Deal” with Shreve & Co jewelry, a Tahiti trip from Luxury Link with pre-auction bidding online and higher value live and silent auction items. Over 450 guests attended.
